Skybound Agent is an internal productivity tool developed by Skybound Solutions. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our service, specifically regarding our integration with Google APIs.

Google API Data Usage

Our application uses Google APIs to provide features that enhance your productivity. We strictly adhere to the following principles:

• Specific Access: We only request access to Google Calendar and Gmail data that is necessary to perform user-requested tasks.
• Limited Use: Accessed data is used strictly for technical functionality (e.g., reading calendar events to summarize your day, or drafting emails per your instruction).
• No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties. Your data is never used for advertising purposes.
• Internal Boundaries: Data accessed via Google APIs remains within the Skybound Solutions controlled environment and is not shared with external entities.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized internal services required to perform the requested AI tasks.

Skybound Agent is a proprietary tool developed for the exclusive use of Skybound Solutions employees and authorized contractors. Unauthorized use or distribution of this tool is strictly prohibited.

Users must use the tool in compliance with Skybound Solutions internal IT and data handling policies. You are responsible for ensuring that the AI-generated content or actions taken by the agent comply with professional standards and legal requirements.

3. Limitation of Liability

Skybound Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skybound Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the tool.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Skybound Agent at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
